The objects of the club :
to encourage and promote quality in the breeding of purebred Boston Terriers, and to do all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection:
to urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed as approved by The American Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which Boston Terriers shall be judged:
to do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike competition at
*dog shows
*obedience trials
*agility events

 to conduct sanctioned matches,
*dogs shows
*obedience trials
*agility events
*and any other event for which the club is eligible under the Rules and Regulations of The American Kennel Club.

AFFILIATE CLUB SINCE THE 1940’S 

History and Accomplishments:  The Los Angeles Boston Terrier Club was first organized in 1934. The Club consistently maintained a large membership and large entries at the Sanction Puppy Matches. The first being held May, 1935 with entries of 69. The Club held matches every other month with entries collectively of 901 in a 15 month period.

In 1939 the name of the Club was changed to The Pasadena Boston Terrier Club it was thought by the majority of the members this change would most benefit the breeders in Southern CA.
